How do I access the course after purchasing?

Once your payment is confirmed, your account is automatically unlocked — no manual steps needed. Simply log in to the same account you used at checkout, return to the course page, and the video (or live session details) will be available immediately.

If you don't see access right away, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists after a few minutes, contact us and we'll sort it out promptly.

How long do I have access to the course?

Your access will expire in one year after purchase. Once you purchase a course, you can return to the course page and watch the video as many times as you like during this period.

For live webinars, the recorded session will be uploaded to the same course page after the event, so you can review it at your convenience even if you missed part of the live session.

How do I claim my CPD certificate?

After completing the course, scroll down to the Your CPD Certificate section on the course page. Enter your full name (as it should appear on the certificate) and your CICC licence number, then click Request My Certificate.

Your certificate will be emailed to you as a PDF within a few minutes. Keep it for at least 5 years as required by CICC.

Note: certificates are only available to enrolled students who are logged in.

Do I need to report my CPD hours to CICC myself?

Yes. Receiving a certificate from us confirms you completed the course, but it does not automatically update your CICC record. You must log into the CICC Member Portal and manually add this course to your CPD Learning Log before the June 30 deadline each year.
