How to Purchase a Course

1. Navigate to the purchase page

Please go to the Course list page, click the course card, then click the "Enroll Now" button on the course details page to go straight to checkout.

2. Proceed to checkout
  • Buying multiple courses: Click "Add to Cart" for each course, then click the "Check out" button when you are ready.
  • Buying a single course: Click the "Buy with Shop" button to jump directly to quick checkout.

3. Log in or create an account

This online store (HoldTheDoor) is built on Shopify. To purchase and access courses, you need to log in to an account first.

  • If you have purchased from this store or any other Shopify store before, you likely already have a Shop account. You can log in directly using your registered email (or click buttons like "Buy with Shop" or "Continue with Shop").
  • If you are a new user, please create an account here.
Note: Course notifications, updates, and CPD certificates will be sent directly to your account email address.
4. How to use a discount code (if applicable)

Discount codes may be offered for specific eligible courses. Please apply your discount code before completing payment — discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

  • On the right side of the checkout page, locate the "Discount code" field.
  • Type or paste your code into the field and click Apply.
  • Confirm that the total order amount has been updated to reflect the discount before proceeding to payment.

5. Complete payment

Once payment is successful, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically to your registered email address. Then refresh your course page — it should show "You're Enrolled". If not, please contact us.

How to Get the Zoom Link

Once your order is confirmed, course permissions are automatically granted to your account. Log in and refresh the course page to view the live session link or recorded video.

🔴 LIVE Live Sessions

Zoom links for live sessions are posted directly on the course page before the scheduled start time.

  • Log in and navigate to your purchased course page.
  • Scroll down to the "Live Session" section.
  • Submit your details: If the Zoom link is available, enter your Full Name and License No. first — required for attendance tracking and certificate issuance.
  • Join the live session: Click the Zoom link at the scheduled course time. Please ensure your Zoom display name matches your registered name and RCIC number (e.g., John Smith, R1234567). Otherwise, you may not be admitted to the session.

💡 Can't find the Zoom link? Zoom links for some courses are posted a few days prior. If you don't see a link yet, please check back 1–2 days before the session.
📹 RECORDED Recorded Courses

Recorded video streams are embedded directly on the course page.

  • Log in and navigate to the course page.
  • The video player will appear on the page — simply press play to watch.
  • You may rewatch the video as many times as you like during your access period.

How to Get a CPD Certificate

CPD Courses Only

You do not need a certificate to claim your CPD hours. However, if you would like one for your records after completing an eligible course on our platform, you can generate it directly on the course page:

  • Log in and go to the Course Page.
  • Locate the "Your CPD Certificate" section. (For live courses, this section typically becomes available 24 hours after the session ends).
  • Enter your Full Name and License No., then submit.
  • Your digital certificate will be emailed to you instantly.

Note: A certificate alone does not establish compliance if you did not genuinely attend or complete the session.

Frequently Asked Questions

I purchased a course but can't see the content
Make sure you are logged in with the same email you used at checkout. Try logging out and back in. If you still can't see the content, contact us with your order number.
My discount code isn't working
Codes are case-sensitive — paste the code directly rather than typing it. Ensure the course in your cart is eligible for the code. Contact us if it still won't apply.
The Zoom link isn't on the course page yet
Zoom links are posted 1–2 days before the session. If you're within 24 hours of the session and there's still no link, email us right away.
My Zoom display name is different from my registered name
Please rename yourself in Zoom before entering the session. Mismatched names may delay your certificate. Contact us if you need help correcting your registration name.
I registered for the live session. Will I get access to the recording?
Yes. We will upload the recording to the course page within 7 business days after the live session. If you purchased the live course, recording access is included during your valid access window (normally around 1 year for CPD courses, or as noted on the course page for non-CPD courses). Simply log in and visit the course page to watch it.
