FAQ: I purchased the ebook, why am I still seeing the trial page?

If you have already purchased the ebook but the ebook portal is only showing you the free trial, it usually comes down to one of two simple reasons:

  • 1. Your 90-Day Access Period Has Expired: Every ebook purchase includes 90 days of full access starting from the date of purchase. Once that window closes, the system automatically reverts access.
  • 2. You Haven't Logged In Yet: Our ebooks can only be purchased by registered users, which means you already have an account attached to your email. However, if your browser session isn't logged in, the portal won't recognize that you own the book.

How to Fix It

You can use either of the following two ways to log in and restore your access:

  • Method 1: Click the log in button right inside the trial page, and then visit the trial page again. It will automatically switch over to the formal version.

Please make sure to log in using the exact same email address where you received your original order confirmation letter.
